Christmas Invite
Thanks to the website My Pink Stamper I was inspired to create this Christmas invitation to send to my mother-in-law.

Where to start?
It's been a fast year that I can't believe it is already near the end of September. Where has the time gone? I have stepped away from my crafting due to spending time with family and friends. I miss it and I walk past my craft desk everyday thinking of all the different things I can make.
Well, I finally touched my desk. It is homecoming time at my son's highschool. My son came up with a great idea to ask his girlfriend to the homecoming dance. He wanted to do a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries. This is what we came up with...
I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a cardboard container. We used chalkboard paper to wrap the container. And some valentine's day ribbon I had on hand. Inside the container we put a styrofoam square and topped it with shredded green paper. And of course added the chocolate covered strawberries. He also came up with the saying he wrote on the box with a chalkboard pen.
She said yes and loved it. Her mom even contacted me to let me know how much her daughter loved it.
I also just got a phone call from a friend who wants to etch glasses with player's numbers for her son's football team. So excited!!!! I am getting my crafting groove back!

Graduation Party time

Dinner Dilema
Don't you just hate it when you are in a rut?
I am in a terrible rut. I can't think of a thing to make for dinner tonight. I have been like this for awhile now. Nothing sounds appealing. Which I think makes it worse. If you don't have a taste for something it makes it so hard to try and come up with an idea for dinner. And I am so tired of the same things.
I have been lucky lately. My husband gets home from work before me so by the time I get home he has an idea for dinner and has it started. But today is a rough one. Hubby won't be home tonight...I have to make dinner. I just spent over an hour online looking up recipes for dinner and nothing sounded good. It was one of those that we just had this..we just had that...UGH! Now I'm tired of staring at recipes.

Soccer Treat Bags & Birthday Card
Good Morning!
I don't know where to start. I've been away from my blog for quite awhile. I'm still crafting but just not finding the time to sit down and share the pictures. Today I am. J was on the soccer team at school and for their end of season party I made treat bags for all the girls.
Their school colors are green and orange. Aren't they cute :)
I also have a birthday card I made...
I made two of these one in blue and one in pink.
